  • Expertly handle Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Accurately enter and maintain patient information, medical records, and billing details, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to manage patient data and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Detail-oriented and skilled in managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
